HFHP was formed to provide a variety of community-based services to promote affordable housing opportunities, financial literacy, mentorship and training programs for low-to-moderate income residents, veterans, the aging, persons with disabilities, and the homeless community.
A nonprofit is as strong as the community that holds it up. Together, we can do more than we can do alone. Let's bring our abilities and passions together to affect real change.
HFHP will focus on making the maximum positive effort for underserved communities in Cumberland County and surrounding areas by developing and implementing strategies that provide opportunities for all residents to live in safe, affordable housing to enable sustainability.
HFHP's mission is to work with and partner with other organizations that have the same or a similar mission to make a difference in the world by helping those in need of assistance.
HFHP's members and volunteers provide the momentum that help us affect change. We want to provide alternative solutions that will make a long-lasting difference.

HFHP and Reach Ministries had a great turnout for the Thanksgiving Box and Coat Drive!!
HFHP and Reach Ministries collected so many coats we were able to donate the remaining coats to Rev. Calvin Gilmore. Rev. Gilmore has been assisting the homeless community for many years. Rev. Gilmore then distributed the coats at Kinlaws to the homeless community.
HFHP and Reach Ministries distributed 60 boxes of food to the community.
We would like to thank everyone that supported the Thanksgiving Box and Coat Drive.

HFHP gave out 30 boxes of food to deserving families in the Murchison Rd. - Hope Mills area. Sam Harris, donated sleeping bags to Victorious Christian Deliverance Center. Gary Mitchell donated a washing machine, and refrigerator. HFHP gave $200 and 40 cases of water to Calvin Gilmore of Touching Lives St. Ministry.
Mr. & Mrs. Bethel, donated 25 boxes of bread, rolls, canned goods, sweet potatoes, potatoes, rice, meat, sandwiches, cakes, donuts, and fruit to HFHP.
HFHP, Rosaland Loyd and Silvester Harrison donated pots to Rev. Dr. Al Anderson, Executive Director of H.C. Open Door Soup Kitchen in Raeford, NC.
